Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 人巨細(xì)胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus，HCMV)也稱人皰疹病毒5型(human herpesvirus 5，HHV5)，屬B皰疹病毒亞科。HCMV是人類先天性病毒感染的最常見病原之一，可致感染患兒中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)受累、多器官損害、智力低下或耳聾等；在正常健康人中可引起單核細(xì)胞增多癥；在免疫缺陷者如器官移植受者、獲得性免疫缺陷綜合征患者及癌癥患者中可引起嚴(yán)重的感染，甚至致死。該病毒蛋白的亞型為：HHV5 UL23。 |
